Christmas with the Drakes...

We spent Christmas down in Orange County at Drakes mom's house! It was a great Christmas and so fun to be around lots of family! I downloaded my pictures today from the past 5 days, and much to my surprise I had over 300 pictures. Yes, that is how much fun we had! :)

Don't worry I am not going to put them all on here, but I do have a lot! So here you go!

Went on a train ride to see Santa! This is Easton with his cousins, and Drakes two sisters! :)

So this was Easton's 3rd time to see Santa and he finally did good! Third times a charm.. however I forgot to wipe off the hot chocolate on his face! Yes, mom of the year over here!

Easton cooking cookies, checking in with Grammy and putting out Santa's cookies!

Christmas Morning!

My family on Christmas!

Easton and Riley together! Teamwork on opening a present, eating Christmas dinner together and Easton playing baby in Riley's new stroller!

We feel very blessed after our Christmas, and we hope that everyone else had just as wonderful of a day with their friends and family!

The past weekend...

This past weekend Easty Boy and I had a great little weekend. Daddy had to go out of town, which always makes Easton and I sad, but we decided not to pout to long! Friday we met a group of moms at Christmas in the Park. I didn't get great pictures, but a few! Easton didn't really care about the Christmas Trees but did love just running around the place, go figure! :)

Not willing to look at the camera for me!

Thinking about looking at me..

Oh there is a ramp.. now this is fun! Forget all the Christmas stuff mom! They did this for 20 mins I kid you not!

Then on Sunday, Stella, Easton's cousin came to stay with us for the night! I got to watch the two little ones for the night, and it was so much fun! I chaperoned a little date night for the two!  Then on Monday we took them to the Jungle so they could play together! It was so fun seeing the two play, being that they are only 10 months apart!

Easton and Stella

They played at the mall together!

Then had dinner together!

Then I may or may not have let them jump on the bed! :)

Finishing the night off with a bottle!

Then a little ride at the Jungle the next day!

Just Playing with the camera..

So today my good friend Kristin, who I spend most of my days with, left to go home for the holidays! So being that I didn't have anyone to hang out with today, I decided I minus well hang out with my next best friend, MY CAMERA! :) Yes, I love my camera as we all know! So I dressed up Easton in his new outfit and we took pictures!

Here is what we got today!

Santa...

Santa is not one of Easton's favorite people! Thursday we went to a Christmas party and Santa was there, so this was our first try at seeing Santa! The other little girl who had invited us to the party, was so happy to see Santa, she hoped right into his lap! Easton on the other hand, saw him from a distance and started crying.

Being the mean mom that I am, I was going to let a few tears stop me from getting my Santa picture this year, so I did what any good mom would do, I bribed him with a lollipop! ;) I still didn't get a smile, but I did get some pictures! Maybe next year will go over better!

This morning we went to have Breakfast with Santa! Easton was still not a fan once Santa gave him breakfast! This is out pic from this morning!

Even with Dad, he is still not happy!

I couldn't get this pic to flip, so sorry! but how cute was the bagel that he got at breakfast!

Easton did like the dancer's and music that were in the little program!

And he liked his Juice, he feels like a big boy since he can hold it on his own with out squirting it on himself now! :) Thanks goodness!

So I guess we won't be seeing Santa again till next year, and let's hope that it goes a little better!

Go Dad Go...

I am so excited for my Daddy!! Look what he shot this week! He went on a guided hunt, and has been gone for a week, so we were all hoping he would get something big! I would say he did pretty good! So happy for him!

And for those wondering, Julie can't wait for this to be mounted in her house! :)

Los Gatos Christmas Parade/ and Tree lightings

Well this wonderful Sunshine state has not had so much "Sunshine" lately! It has been pouring for a whole week. Which is getting in my way of Christmas Festivities! :) But not slowing me down to much!

Last Saturday, I took Easton to Standford and we went to their Tree lightening ceremony, and Santa brought sprinkle cupcakes and hot chocolate for us afterwards.. so nice of Santa! :)

Easty Boy and I!!
Mrs. Clause
Loved the Toy Soldiers who gave out the cupcakes!

Easty didn't really like the Reindeer ears.. :)

So this this Friday, Kristin and I loaded up to go to the Los Gatos Christmas Tree Lighting, but when we got there it was canceled, due to the rain! So sad.. So instead we called the boys and we had them meet us for Happy Hour/Dinner! It still was fun!

However, today the Los Gatos Christmas Parade, said Rain or Shine, so we went! Yes, it was raining, and the boys had big smiles on their faces the whole time! Well, the second part of that is not so much true, but I do think it wasn't as bad as they thought, minus getting rained on!

The crew all  happy in the rain! :)

Easton got a Christmas present early today! His new car... he loves it, and rode it the whole parade! A big thanks to his daddy, for putting it together all morning!

One of the cute floats!

Serious Parade watches!

It stopped raining for a bit to snap a picture!

Watching from the side, Easton liked the bands the best!
And Finally Santa came!! Ho Ho Ho

And this guy is watching over us for the next month to make sure we are good and we hope that Santa gets a good report and Easton gets presents!! I can tell you though, if his tatums count towards this, then he will be getting coal in his stocking!!

Happy Holidays!!

Thanksgiving with the Drakes..

So every part of Thanksgiving was just wonderful, except the fact that I can't button my pants today! ;) I ate way to much, but it was all so yummy! As always, I love going to the Drake house and seeing Easton play with all his cousins. My heart truly is filled with Joy when I see Easton running around with them all, even the big ones, who are so sweet with the little ones.

Late last night so of the older boys were playing basketball, and they let Easton play! He was on one of the teams, and litterally just ran through them the whole time. He often took a water break and went and grabbed his sippy cup, I mean it's hard work playing basketball! :) Everything was really cute, till it ended up in a busted lip for Easty Boy!

Just a few pictures from our trip! Hope everyone had a great day!

My little family!

The kids table.. Can you find Easton??

There he is!! :)

The four little ones playing together at Grammy's!

Making a pizza at Pretend City together!

On a side note, I am very thankful that Easton knows his manners, and says please for things. But he has gone over board, and I am not lying when I say that he has been saying "Peas" no less than 1,000 times a day. I can't take it anymore.. ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!  So on that note, I am off to bed to prepare myself for the next day of 1,000 pleases!
